The Advanced Micro- and Nano- Devices Laboratory has been founded to provide research and teaching in nanoelectronics optoelectronics, high power electronic materials, and wide band gap semiconductor technology in 2018 through a funding by ISTKA. The Advanced Micro- and Nano- Devices Laboratory consist of nano structure and thin film deposition system (MOCVD), nano/micro device fabrication, testing and imaging systems. The general research areas include micro-nano device design, fabrication, and testing, nanoelectronics, nanophotonics, and nanorobotic manipulation of nanomaterials (MEMS/ NEMS).
